About me
Sophie Sandlin Raines has been part of the mortgage world for most of her life—literally. As the daughter of Community Mortgage’s founder, she grew up immersed in the industry and officially began her career in 2017. What started as a front-desk role quickly turned into a full-fledged passion for helping others navigate the mortgage process with confidence and clarity. Since then, Sophie has become a consistent top producer known for her energy, resourcefulness, and commitment to communication.
She takes pride in being highly accessible to her clients and real estate partners, jumping in quickly to solve problems, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Whether working with first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners, Sophie brings heart, hustle, and a touch of fun to every transaction.
A native Memphian and graduate of St. George’s Independent School, Sophie went on to earn her degree from the University of Mississippi—Hotty Toddy! She now lives in Collierville with her husband Hunter, their son Gentry, and their two dogs, Finn and Rip. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her ringside with her horse, Annie—she’s a lifelong equestrian—or traveling with her family. During the fall, weekends often mean heading to Oxford to cheer on the Rebels.
Sophie is Licensed in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
